TLG When I go back over the PRs it seems he still leaves room for timeframe. If you notice he said the Voting would be done in SEPT trigger an 8K. He did not say Merger would be finalized in Sept I am thinking the Voting took place in Sept but the Merger paper work still was not finalized in SEPT. Which gives him more time to put the PR out just in case he needed to make changes per the compaines lawyers. imo I could be wrong about this. If this 8K is so big as everybody thinks I would think they have been making some changes to it. I COULD BE READING TOO MUCH INTO IT..
I also have been in this since June. Lucky for us that we got off to a good start with lower buy in. There's something wrong with this company and right now I don't trust Tom or anyone else. Starting to look fishy again like I felt before. Although I made money due to low buy in, I have given a good amount back with all of the BS MM's, short's, delay after delay, ect.
