At which point will they have the 4 days until it is released? After voting or after the merger?

Actually he didn’t actually say September of 2007, maybe he meant 2008 or “09”.

Doing a merger is very complicated and takes a lot of time. You can not complete everything within two weeks. I'm not concerned with a certain time frame which was by the way basically established on this board.
I'm rather concerned about the selling pressure for the last couple of days. It looked like a controlled effort of dumping shares by keeping the stock price as high as possible. Not a sell-off by impatient retail imo.

My real point is this billion, this quote from the last press release:

"I am pleased to be able to update you on these events, and I shall continue to update you with further developments."

Where is the "continue to update you with further developments infromation at.? Remember it was Tom who opened the can of worms by useing a time frame of end of Sept. If he did not want folks speculating on what was going to happen at the end of Sept. then dont use dates or months...this is I think what most people are saying when they say "Just give us an update, if there is a reason for the delay tell us, we are long and support you, but keep us informed like you said you would.."I shall continue to update you with further developments, well we are waiting.............
