Personally, if I was the guilty entity for naked shorting CBAY or any other stock that has some legit things "potentially" transpiring, I would want to cover before the 15 Oct 07 time frame.

Why? Because starting 15 Oct 07, there is a good chance that you would then become transparent as your illegal position would be publicly revealed which could cause huge momentum to be generated by the public knowing that you are locked into a forced covering to begin buying back shares to cover your FTDs within a 35 day window starting 15 Oct 07 or the day you are made transparent.

Again, if I was the guilty entity, I would like to think that a covering before 15 Oct 07 would be much cheaper for me than waiting until such time risking being made transparent. IMHO
