..sounds like a pile..IMHO.

"Undisclosed sources said, Doug Murch, then led the employees of Sanswire to seize the equipment "

WHAT employees???

for that matter...WHAT EQUIPMENT!!!

Heck, pay Murch with shares, like everybody else!

"without shareholder authorization? Since when do shareholders have a say in authorization.

Sounds like Murch and company were preparing for the Stuttgart move and it was twisted way out of proportion, context, meaning and every other twist that could happen. ssdd.

Seizing something in the manner and purpose described is a crime. The events as described in the release are imho - bogus.

Was this article written by a 5th grader? How can Michael Sands claim to be a media consultant and publish garbage like this, with many incomplete sentences and improper use of grammar.

A few examples:

"Sources say, that the camping travel trailer also known as 'Sanswire One' control center."

"One of the employees were even taken apart an antenna at the last minute."

"The employees decided to split the take the shareholders equipment to satisfy the money owned but the equipment was worth more than the money owned to employees."

Whether the story is a fabrication or a description of actual events, the mere fact it is so poorly written should reveal volumes about Mr. Sands' reputation in media circles. Perhaps his regular work involves articles written for The Globe or National Enquirer.

Even as fiction I would give this a "f".
Also note word seized should be spelled theft.
