Multi, take a deep breath. Joe M. received a Wells notice, not anyone else at GlobeTel. He was fired. GlobeTel has continued in business and has been cooperating with the SEC. They are currently spending money to get their financials current. If this were a "sham", the SEC would have figured it out long ago.
I'm sure the SEC is well aware of Joe's shenanigans. That's why he received the Wells notice. However, if you think they don't know about any of these things you've just "uncovered", why don't you share your information with them instead of a message board?
