Shareholders have waited years for this business plan to gel

and based on the share price just plain tired. I am aware of millions of shares (as I stated before) that were exiting after Bear Sterns failed to validate the business plan with funding. Now shareholders are expected to wait 5 more months to see if Maybe, Possibly the plan will come together this time around? The share price speaks for itself and would be extremely under valued if company fundamentals were ahead of the share price but we have no tangible assets to reflect such reasoning. The market eventually gets it right.

3+ years ago there was 26 million OS now there is 60 million.

So where's the share holder value for this dilution?
