Evidently I wasn't quite clear as to the dividend. Let me be more specific.

I think that a special dividend in the form of a 2 share dividend for each share you own would be quite possible. That way management can give themselves a substantial cash bonus without putting Waves' cashflow needs in jeopardy.

This has the effect of returning the shares we lost on the reverse split, and at the same time, the ESOP can increase their shares and the management can still get both shares and a cash bonus!!

Everyone is happy, that is except Bluefang, he'll never be happy!
