yes it is true that had they played it smart yesterday they could have gotten out at better prices, if they had extra cash they could even have come close to b/e even if they bought the top. Maybe what really did happen was that the whole thing turned into a mess when it was announced and the Vodka company started getting all kinds of calls and got cold feet and pulled out.
Huh? Don't tell me the RS is really on and the PR wasn't fake? Really? Surely the company is NOT going to consolidate and then issue more shares. Isn't this going to merge with a fortune 500 company? Say it's not so that I could have sold at .10 and now well, .01d something? No way! I am holding out for triple zeros man!
