MY opinion only: Not only did they increase the os shares by selling shares out the back door, but they also took shares in re the .06 deal, gave preferred paper and then resold those common shares instead of retiring them. Adding insult to injury, they then either never sent the divi checks or sent bouncers.

There's still hope of that. It could be that the reason they haven't put out a PR lately is simply because they've been busy stuffing 1,629,362,328 common share certificates into envelops to mail back to the transfer agent.
