I'm funny and good looking. And humble. and surprisingly more positive than I was yesterday on all this. I guess I've written it all off as loss now and so it helps me deal with the current situation.

Either way this turns out, this will be the last time I play a penny stock the way I have played this one. It's been a good college education though...even if I fail this test, I'm going to pass the class.

- PBLS Lessons learned - be confident that you are buying at/or near the bottom, don't trade on emotion, sell into the runs and don't worry about the tax implications until it's a real problem b/c you are making too much, keep some "free" shares for the home run if you want to, but get your money off the table sooner than later, then take your profits as you get them and NEVER believe the story.

questions/thoughts for the board.

if the pit is dead, we still have contracts to deliver material and a strong regional need for material.
my guess is we make a deal with Furr/Mitchell or we find another pit. but then again maybe not.

kmoex. who knows ? everyone around the world needs cement. still may be a local market we can play in.

all those extra shares. no partners. okay sounds like we need the money to operate anyway. not a great thing for the share price but it keeps the lights on and the machines working.

management. man if this is a scam. nice one boys. but the SEC and the FBI still call a fraud a fraud. Just ask Jim Plant of CKYS. my guess is they are over their heads.

recent shiz/fmi visit. either they played you or used you as shills or your in on the action or innoncent bagholders like the rest of us. I don't have a clue. I wasn't even there and I am one pissed hombre. If and when I go down there and they pull this crap on me I will get my pound of flesh. I have been trying to make contact with the company on a profesional level and can't get anyone to call me back. Never gonna make any money if they don't return phone calls.

as shareholders we need to get a conduit into HQ. we may not have any control but we have a position and a right to know what is going on. good or bad.

okay I've got to go make a living although my acct. is green today for some reason. oh it'll never last. glad I have a day job.
