All that says is that they changed the name of the company and 70 million shares voted for the change.

Yesterday's PR did say they had changed the name, but today's isn't quite as clear.

Be nice to see the actual "corrected" filing from today. LOL maybe it says ooops, we mean Trans Global not Marani.
