Absolutely. Penny stocks are risky.
However I would like to temper your statement by adding that you should determine how much risk you're willing to take for how much potential reward. If you know something about the stock which indicates the chances of failure are very high then you should only be willing to pay a lower price. If you're looking at this as a long term investment, keep in mind that USSE/SSTP together have 3.5 BILLION shares outstanding resulting in a $140,000,000 market cap. As a legitimate investment (vs. a trading play), even at $0.04/share, Mr. Rivera has to hit big for an investor to make any money. If you look at what he suggests as claims, even the math doesn't work out for his process. In my very strong opinion, Mr. Rivera is a liar--and a very prolific one at that.
