TXCO, (kipp440)...I think there's going to be lots of good news being released from the company over the next year. Should hear more on the Maverik Basin cyclical steam project in about a month...
From recent update..."TXCO (50% WI) is expanding its initial Maverick Basin cyclical steam project and within 30 days plans to spud the first of three new wells in this San Miguel tar sand pilot. The Company expects the additional wells to increase formation temperatures more rapidly and boost overall response."

I really like the low share count with the little to no dilution.
This is a great long term hold stock IMO.

kipp440...remember who you're dealing with.... It takes several months for facts to penetrate the thick outer layer of protection I use to cover my brain. Some people call me slow but I prefer to call it PROTECTED!!

I remember it at $7.90 and actually bought some.. But 10 days later I was out from what I see in another post.. Those were the days of ALY and the stocks below in my Ngas producers index.. It got lost when I wiped a hard disk.. hank

ALY.. UP 1.23 TXCO,TXCO,TXCO

Aly as I had thought has finnaly sold thru the freeriders on the 9.75 offering and is up 1.23 at the moment..
I ran across a new NGAS stock last night,,TXCO-- Don't know much about it except that it has positive cash flow,, TXCO sold 20% of a promising producing NGAS prospect to ECA for $80,000,000.00 or aprox $2.80 per share... TXCO prior to the sale had a book of 2.80.. If ECA were to buy the rest it at the same price paid would be an additional $11.20 per share..Bought some this am,,, and it seems to be moving on high volume...hank

Natural Gas Producers INDEX...10/14/05... While they are not VM's for the most part they represent what I believe to be the best or the most liquid trading stocks that are Ngas Producers.. Hopefully this index will give an indication where the Ngas Producers are heading...

Below is a list of the companies that I follow and trade in stocks that are Ngas producers.. I have made an equal weighted index of 13..Most are 25% or more OFF thier highs of 30 days ago...I will post from time to time the value of that index.. Today the index was up 4.16%% and was in my opinion hedge fund and bottom fishers moved... I did not participate..The index starts as of tonight's close...
