Every website company DOES embed key phrases that describe their products or services in their website.

There's nothing unethical about that. Besides, you're equating putting in text with unethical practices that are clearly defined as otherwise.

Wave did not put a few pages of text the same color as the background like a porn site. That's what Google is referring to.
