Someone is letting a lot of shares go very cheap. If it isn't an insider payoff for favors to come then we should be very worried. You could be right Guardian if this padding for some insiders but if not it is a very bad sign. The AGM is so close now that Wu doesn't have much time to make things happen. Have you received your shareholder package yet? Maybe something in that will give us a clue.
