I have received nothing yet. gdubya has gone and maybe it's him that is selling. I have emailed the OTC and they said they would be putting out the fact sheets on the company and also sending it out within 10 days that was about 8 days ago.
Who ever is selling is droping the ask when they could get more. Maybe someone is shorting the stock who knows it's just a very strange pattern.
