If you look at the sp of RXProcessing, hardly any way to raise funds here wouldn't you agree? It would be way too dilutive, imo. Now, RXPC Inc is a clean shell and accredited investors would be much more interested in shares from it than Corp. I know Peter was trying to raise funds and Inc appears to be the best solution to achieve that.
I was planning on investing in Inc but my wife is now expecting number 6 in April. With the way the market has been, I am not putting any more funds at risk right now. I still talk with Peter and hope to be in a position soon to help him advance this plan, but I have some funding of my own to take care of right now, lol.
