going back through all the filings..this lawsuit was lost long ago. Begining of May.. these documents show that Cal-bay didnt contest the verdict and the deeds have been signed over..

Do you really think folks and MM didn't already know that? That we closed at 4 with such bad news already out? This has been DD'd to the hilt and that little tidbit is well known already.
