Tell him to bring it on....I'll make sure that the courts, SEC, FBI, CIA, NAACP, etc, and everyone else is aware of his lies and deceit that he's been feeding his shareholders for the past year and a half.....the guy is dirty rotten scoundrel.....and I'm all for letting the world know all about him!
Perhaps the truth hurts? Instead of threatening people who tell the truth and perhaps persuade possible victims to this company, he should build shareholder confidence and value. He takes more and more away from shareholders with his private placements, R/S, etc... If this company was straight up, shareholders would not talk as they do about him and his company and cast of characters.
