Perhaps the truth hurts? Instead of threatening people who tell the truth and perhaps persuade possible victims to this company, he should build shareholder confidence and value. He takes more and more away from shareholders with his private placements, R/S, etc... If this company was straight up, shareholders would not talk as they do about him and his company and cast of characters.

Hey, I thought he did not bother reading the posts on here. GUess that is just another story.
