buyer only wants the shell?

He said the buyer will most likely sell the assets and only wants the shell, the gold reserves sale will just go toward their profits on the whole deal.

Aaron is just TA, right? Where did he learn it from? This statment doesn't make much sense. If the buyer is a Russian company, I don't think he needs the shell. If the buyer is not Russian, i doubt he will be able to sell the assets.

When did Russia change their laws? You cannot sell the assets.

I guess the divvy is sorted out so the mailout can happen on schedule for the meeting. Sure would be good to get the annual report/financials/geologist report this month...

I called Broadridge today trying to get some information on what was going to be in the proxy. They told me they don't talk to shareholders and couldn't identify clients. They did say I could have my broker call so I left him a message to call them for me.

We should expect proxies by end of next week, at latest, he said.

Asked in concern of Payment Date for divvy- tomorrow.
Yes, the date 10/12/07 is correct for payments.

As far as i got it, it could pass few days until brokerages receive the divvy, add to our deposits.
