Agreed. Makes no sense at all. You can get a much cheaper shell than buying this for .55/share ... and you can get one much more quickly than the months that this has been going on... and one that hasn't had TA/dividend problems etc.
Agree - Maybe the 'buyer' is actually two buyers - one buyer wants the shell, the other buyer wants the assets. The assets go private with the one buyer (for development), and the other buyer turns the shell into another company.
