Yes. I'd have to search the hundreds of posts here to find the links, but the amount at risk is less than a million dollars. I'd say not enough to worry about. As I recall, it had something to do with a homebuilder suing CBAY for breach of contract for some homes to be built. That memory may not be exact, but I don't think the amount of the suit is really that important. Edgewater will win, because the suit is uncontested. Then they will attach enough assets to get their money.
