What I said was that in order for them to recoup losses it needed to go to 3 cents or more. Selling on the way down is not recouping losses; it is keeping losses from enlarging. Averaging down, generally considered by most professional traders is considered a bad move usually. It is like throwing good money after bad. Of course we all make exceptions. I got in at 6 cents. Unfortunately I got greedy and averaged down. That just means that if I sell now I lose more money than if I had not averaged down.

How do you know that EVERYBODY had an opportunity to sell on the way down? What about those who received restricted shares for their properties?
