I don't know if the silence here indicates giving up or just not commenting on watching paint dry. Weekly RSI is still at .30 and has been for a couple of weeks now. The selloff from May is now 22 weeks old. So we are in unchartered oversold territory based on "ECCI's history"....but that doesn't mean that it can't stay in unchartered territory.
