According to WSJ today Iran is to invest $1Billion dollars in Bolivia for oil&gas development.

It seems Bolivia is attracting lot of foreign investment. Already India has agreed to invest $2billion and China is desperate to find foot hold there. Who knows EDLT might prove an opening for China in Bolivia and thus grab what ever is possible. GTL Argentina can be next target for acquisition by EDLT.
