Regarding the EDLT sale for the Franklin Oil & Gas, Bolivia assets: Based on the daily trading volume of the EDLT stock, I believe that FMNJ will either hold the 20 million shares received for the assets or they will announce a dividend to the shareholders and if the shares are restricted for a period of time (say 1 year) they could prove to be a valuable asset for FMNJ as they represent about 30% of the outstanding shares of EDLT,assuming they issue new stock to FMNJ.
If EDLT has a financial source to start up the GTL Bolivia project quickly, then they could be offered the Franklin Oil & Gas, Argentina assets for a large GTL project and then who knows what will happpen?? Just food for thought?? Any thoughts on this happening??
