I guess it's all personal preference. I've used e-trade for quite a long time and haven't had any problems with them. They don't hold my money and I love power e-trade with the l2 and all. If you trade alot it only costs you 12.99 a trade. I always use AON on my orders so I haven't run across partial fills. JMO
