duly noted and appreciated. my take is that its not a holding company because then why the name change. It implies company A is now going to be called Company B. Hence name change. If it were a holding company, there shouldnt be an official name change is what seems logical to me or imo

MGM Minerals Inc. is now Brownstone Resources Inc. Company will probably make some announcement soon imo. They will announce probably as to why they did, and as to what direction they will be heading. I'm sure they will not be silent....Oh, and don't forget a possible r/s which as i have stated, is needed here if they want to see this pps to go higher and make any any further progression.
