Yes but there are other licenses that allow trading in areas other then futures and derivatives trading license which is exclusive to 141

"under an exclusive futures and derivatives trading license granted by Spooz."


see Gekko, if they only stated "an exclusive license", then you would be correct...but you're not.

when they say "exclusive futures and derivatives trading license", it means what it says.

Don't you know that Futures & Derivatives represent only one other categories of markets? If there were only those two, wouldn't the Financial Times, Barrons, Business Week, Investors Business Daily, & Wall Stree Journal contain far fewer pages? It stretchs credibility that you can't concieve of there being more investment vehicle "groupings" than just those two.

The exclusive license mentioned was for futures and derivatives trading. Spooz can license SWARM for anything else such as stock trading, option trading...what have you. To whom they license and for how much and to how many they license is completely up to Spooz.
