i suggest you read the PR again because it CLEARLY says...

"under an exclusive futures and derivatives trading license granted by Spooz."


see Gekko, if they only stated "an exclusive license", then you would be correct...but you're not.

when they say "exclusive futures and derivatives trading license", it means what it says.
