I think you are right. My only concern with respect to todays pr is that we weren't given any sales numbers. Govt. reacts slowly. So how long til the sales begin? So I frame with how large cybls maket cap has become in comparision to their actual sales. Prior to this latest run and dilution market cap has been low for what they were.
