Glass, the reason this took a nosedive was the fact they listed their O/S at 146,000 shares when it was actually in the tens of millions (89m). The fact that their first financial statements on Pinksheets.com was not accessible didn't help either (it still does not work when you try to open it). Lastly, only one thing drives up a pinky and thats pr's. Lack of information is the first sign of a pinky scam, which is why I backed away from this one. I suspect they will have legal problems in the near future due to my first point.
