Enhancement #1
Near the bottom, you have:
"2004 Feb 4, Milberg Weiss class action suit against WAVX announced.
(IHub, #28316, 2/4/04)"
The post you cite (#28316) is a link to a PDF of the complaint that is available at the website of Milberg Weiss.
However, right now I'm looking at a scan of the hard-copy document that is on file with the District Court of Massachusetts. It has two additional pages at the bottom you might want to add to your history:
CERTIFICATION OF NAMED PLAINTIFF PURSUANT TO FEDERAL SECURITIES LAWS
CANDY M. SOUSA ("Plaintiff") declares:
[blah blah blah]
4. Plaintiff has made the following transaction(s) during the Class Period in the securities that are the subject of this action:
Acquisitions
Date Acquired: 8-5-03
Number of Shares Acquired: 350
Acquisition Price Per Share: $4.59
Sales
Date Sold: 12-23-03
Number of Shares Sold: 350
Selling Price Per Share: $1.36
[blah blah]
I declare under penalty of perjury that the forgoing is true and correct. Executed this 26th day of January, 2004.
Signed, [Candy M. Sousa]
------------------
(that date of Jan. 26 is when she signed that additional form, not when the complaint itself was received in court which appears to be Feb. 4)
(I'm struck by two things... how small her transaction was, and that the "shallow" Zimmerman document -- the one that focused on the word "embed" -- actually predated the more thorough Milberg Weiss complaint, opposite of what I had thought.)
