Thanks, I thought that was the case.

It's as simple as this. The filing you show is an 8-K, which merely mentions a press release taht said they intended to do that. In other words, they were going to, but didn't. Just as a company need not file to cancel any other forward looking statement (revenue guidance, possible merger/acquisition, etc), there is no reason to file anything.

If you were legitimately wondering, as opposed to "bashing", then I hope this answers your question.

Does it mean that some body who bought shares after 20th sept will not be entitled to this forward split?
