Most obvious and unarguable is that no forward split ever happened.

TJ you are saying that there 41bil shrs O/S when if you read the authorized filings it is 6 bil.

all I am questioning is that percentage holdings on 9/6/07 when CEO purchased 37mil shr it was at 100% and each time it has changed, now theres no filing for share structure at this time so we are still in the belief that 41mil are outstanding, so CEO would be buying phantom shares/shorted shares but if you read this as Iam 58% holdings then we woul have an o/s of 3.28bil... This is how Iam reading it that is why I am asking
