Your math is not correct, the AS could have stayed in the billions, it's not affected by the RS ration. It's set at the discretion of the registered owner, in the State of Incorporation.

houndog.....your math is correct....post split, an effective raise of A/S by over 15 times....
Old A/S= 80bil
Old O/S= 74bil (92%of A/S)
Old Float= 59bil(74%of A/S)

This gives paul a cushion with the A/S, to be able to issue more shares(a ton, if necessary), either to raise cash, or use for aquisition.....Either way, causes dilution ultimately...
