Already diluting. That is the ONLY reason these POS's do r/s. That is to continue the DILUTION process. Dan got the shaerholder base up, and then he SOLD us out. He had many chances to run the PPS, but he refused to. Because he did NOT care about us investors. And only for himself. He got SMMW shareholders base up, adn IMO that is what his intentions were the WHOLE time. So he could sell us out. Now he made a bank off this IMO. And we get SCREWED!

The AS is unaffected by a RS, it could have stayed at 80 billion if Paul had wanted to. The OS lowers by the ratio, never the AS.

I am not convinced that Dan paid cash for BPMT. As a matter of fact, I don't know who bought who, but I know how it looks.
