That doesn't hold good here IMO. CEO is not listed as the buyer..It is CBAY that is listed as the reporting person..it beats me why folks keep saying CEO is buying??

but he can't swing trade/sell the shares he just purchased til after 6 months

I understand that.....my point was that the idea that this CEO forked up this kind of cash to create interest while he flipped is nonsense.....imo
