I compared the two signatures side by side - they don't look the same, for whatever it's worth. The signature on the pdf looks like a cut-and-paste, but does that make it any less valid? It would appear that it was written in the US or at least copied from a template. Could be a fake. Hard to tell.
Someone intent on taking profits from a shorting process could have created the scenario, I guess. Likewise a planned fake could provide some profits in advance of a major announcement. On the other hand 10mm shares, which equate to 5mm on each side is only $80,000 - hardly a huge sum to get excited about.
R/S or no R/S, if major news are in the offing we should see a pretty dramatic, quick appreciation here. Let's hope for an outcome based on honesty.
