some one is already on it......i think the post is still up.....if not i'm sure it will be brought up again.....they are in the process of collecting names and share counts i believe.....it will take awhile for the common SH to get a seat and get some control......but given how many shares are held by the common.....once that gets rolling i see no way of stopping it.......there are 3 BOD seats.....one vacant.....chairman kostro and the other is jon who is also the CEO.....there is NO CFO COO.....or any other C's.....rob is the IR.....they do have....i assume other employees.
