It was a slow weekend for big board news, but we've spotted a number of news and technical plays for stocks below $5.00.


CBAY.PK (Cal-Bay International Inc) sparked a good deal of interest among subpenny traders over the weekend. The controversy involves a company fighting multiple lawsuits, and a stock supposedly left for dead that suddenly came alive on recent news of insider acquisitions numbering over a billion shares. We caution readers that CBAY is an extremely risky play and should only be considered by experienced traders. Expect volatility and extreme price swings.

Infiniti Stock to Watch CNOA.OB (China Organic Agriculture Inc) has gained 51.7% from our July 17 alert, reaching a high of 2.57 last week. The expected consolidation seems to be winding down and CNOA is displaying signs of a turnaround. On Friday the stock closed at 2.07, just above mid bollinger band and firm support at 2.00. RSI, williams, and volume indicators suggest keeping a close eye on CNOA this week.

AAGH.OB (Asia Global Holdings Corp) closed up 18.75% on good volume Friday, and seems intent on testing all-time resistance at $0.30. AAGH has posted gains of 399% since our e-mail alert at $0.75 on August 27.
