Well that's pretty much the Million Dollar question now isn't it...lol For now I'm sticking with my beliefs, which is that ALL OTC/OTC BB companys are scams.

With that said, I have tasted the Koolaid and I'm here to tell you its the finest I've ever tried...lol However, I'm not going to mortgage my house, or take out a loan to play this stock, which is ALL I do. I don't invest, I don't perform DD, I don't rely on PR's or company events to determine entry and exits.

Top Gun Tradings mentality is that all these things are scams and that the company officials simply create hype and fervor to ellicit buying, so they can line their pockets at the expense of the common Blue Collar Investor (you and me). We also assume that the Market Makers are no more ethical or trustworthy.

We look for stocks that have been severely depressed and either approaching, or within over-sold territory. We simply play the bounce, or the turn, then exit with a 10% to 30% gain and move on to the next play.

I know not every company out there is a scam, or else the small business community and entrepanuers would never stand a chance. Will this be the exception to the rule?? Maybe, maybe not, but things are looking extremely favoralbe for a very nice run regardless of this companys legitimacy. IMO if this is simply another scam, we'd have seen the company start PRing the purchase of these common shares, how great things will be in the near future and just how much they are committed to the common shareholders well being. This isn't the case, they've kept quiet while quietly purchasing these shares and even filing when not required.

Bottom line... For the first time in my OTC/OTC BB experience, this may be a truly massive short squeeze. It come's on the heels of the SEC's crackdown on Naked Shorting. And because the company has chosen to remain silent and is apparently in good standing with the SEC, this may be a joined effort to make an example for the rest of the market. If this is in fact the case and the legal proceedings against CBAY and its properties have been put to rest, then we could truly see this move to unimaginable heights. For now, I'll remain somewhat reserved, yet extremely hopeful. Its very likely IMO that we'll see .0010 by Wednesday at the latest. I also anticipate the company is well aware of the fact the Form 4's have caused considerable commotion. So, as part of their plan to further excellerate the Squeeze they'll be putting in motion, its likely we'll see a PR Monday morning.

That's my take...lol Good Luck
