Shortly after I invested in COR I heard the rumblings of a previous financing deal and know that my shares have also suffered from that deal. I guess we'll have to survive another financing arangement.

Your information on anticipating such deals is good and I am slowly learning some of the "Ins and Outs" of small biotech investing. I don't plan on becoming a regular biotech investor and although I hold out great hope for Cortex(I own too many shares not too)I'll probably stick with my tired and true investments in the future. I invested in COR due to the news that alzheimers and other related illnesses have received, but I was just a bit naive as to the difficulties these small companies face.

I'm still counting on Cortex making me some money in the future
but it appears to be a long road ahead with many "ups and downs" to deal with.
