12g on 4-13-2007 was filed to delist CBAY from the OTC:BB and bring it to pinkland so roger would no longer have to be transparent and file SEC reports; in short, he could do pretty much as he wished without telling shareholders anything. I don't think he ever did file the 1Q report this year. Part of the reason could be because his accountant quit, but I will not go into the reason for that here.
