that is very possible, but i read the 5th ammended plea
w/ bdgr's former attorney attesting to the existance of the
stock certificates that Lanza is denying, recovering ALL the
subsideraries is a no brainer, after that its a crap shoot
and i dont have that much more actuall dollars tied up in
omog relative to bdgr, it would supprise me if lanza does not
show up tomorrow and it gets post poned, if he does that
a few times the case will go to OMOG by default however unlike
diac in clyw's case who got a bill of review against him for
the bogusness of the case, Lanza will get no such bill of
review it will just be over.
if lanza is a no show we just might rally in either omog
or bdgr or both, or bdgr may go down to a penny? its really
hard to say, funny thing is lanza might use the opportunity
to buy cheap shares of bdgr, he's the kind of guy that seems
to have specific manuvers planned all along
