NWSUN-Very nicely laid out idealistic approach however, until our all mighty CEO will assist with some concrete, honest, documented, provable facts pertaining to our situation, your going to war with an empty gun, I'm sorry to say.
If your CEO refuses to support you, how serious can anyone else be about getting to the bottom of this mess???

HOME STATE Securities Division is the place to go -- they can shut a brokerage out of their state if they so decide -- BCIT is quoted on many Statements at 15 cents a share -- not so and never was -- IMHO --

nwsun, excellent point and suggestion. I think I am going get together with imsoweary (he is my best friend) put something together and put it up on my blog about this. What we need to do, who we need to do it to, sample suggested letters etc, unless someone else wants to grab the flag and be the leaders of this campaign. Anyone have any suggestions or comments about this, feel free to pm me.
