How many of you have contacted your state office of finance and securities office? they are our best hope to get this situation in the limelight and onto prosecution if thats what needs to be done... obviously, fraud has occurred... but who and which agencies are guilty needs to proven.... if you contact the state office and cc: your state attorney general as well as inform your elected federal reps and note that you are cc'ing everybody including the brokerage too, nobody is going to want to be caught with their pants down, not knowing which agency is taking this seriously... you need to provide details including the law suit, the last court document on the 27th of august and a general overview... these people youre sending it to need this info in the form of a presentation of related documents... a simple 1 page letter will incentivize nothing... they need info to build a case... and you need to build it initially for them to take it from there...
