Lawyer ... Ms. Himo has also acquired considerable experience with respect to extraordinary remedies such as seizures and injunctions, as well as franchisor-franchisee disputes, directors and officers' liability, and brokers and dealers' liability. She regularly represents clients before all the courts of Quebec, both at trial and on appeal.
The following are some of Ms. Himo's most recent mandates:
In the area of restructuring, she was involved in the restructuring of a major Canadian airline. In the area of insolvency, she was in charge of major litigation involving the forced liquidation of an offshore company that had been used to defraud investors through a Ponzi scheme. In the area of securities litigation, Ms. Himo represented a major Canadian trust company in connection with the seizure of securities for which an offer to purchase had been made. In the area of directors and officers' liability, she succeeded in obtaining the dismissal of a motion for authorization to institute a class action arising from the mass dismissal of the employees against the directors and officers of a company in voluntary liquidation.
very interesting and the principal reason why ANYTHING following the "provisional injunction" specifics NOT offered by way of the court is OPINION, and indeed perhaps in the case of BCST rather green opinion.
the spin meisters are playing this for all they can. yet sobriety may have already taken hold as the intraday trend reversal seems to have already set in.
wow, what a missed opportunity. i am very doubtful as announced by some that we revisit anything remotely close to the intraday low, imo.
I dont like what was stated in the Biocognisafe PR:
- To defendant Bruno Farbos not to work for one or other defendants Raphael Huppe, ECN Holding LLC, Media City Corporation or ECT-Effective Control Trucking LLC on a product copied or similar to the product called System of Detection of Somnolence (SDS).
I dont know how RH is gonna go around this injunction I would prefer to see the original french version too, if somebody has a link to the file.
