A lot of if's but fact remains - something will be coming out of the company on the 24th as far as we know. The company will put out favorable comments for itself and the current pps is a result of panic selling. IMO.

There is NO patent owned by anybody at this time, only patent applications. MCCY may be injoined not to use the term "SDS", but they can not be prevented from copying the technology until the patent is granted and enforced. Getting a patent can take a long, long time. By then, MCCY may have lots of money and BCST none. This may be hardball business.

Another possibility is that Bruno may have come up with significant improvements not covered by the present patent application. He can patent those separately.
